Dr. Jiemian YANG -- Chairman of the SIIS Council of Academic Affairs
Dr. Jiemian YANG was the President of the Shanghai Institutes for International Studies (SIIS) (2007-2013) and the Councilor of the Shanghai People’s Municipal Government (2014-2019) and now is the Chairman of the SIIS Council of Academic Affairs. Concurrently, Dr. Yang is Member of the Foreign Policy Advisory Group of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China, Member of Evaluation Group of Chinese Social Science Foundation, Member of Social Science Project Evaluation Group of the Ministry of Education of China; Vice President of China Association of American Studies, President of Shanghai Society of International Relations, President of Shanghai Institute of International Strategic Studies; Member of China-Russia Committee of Friendship, Peace and Development; Director of the Board of the Association of Cross-Strait Relations, Director of the Board of the Chinese People’s Institute of Foreign Affairs. His honors include National Honor of China World Expo in 2010, National Special Expert Awards, Shanghai Outstanding Talent Award and several Shanghai Awards in Social Sciences. Dr. Yang has (co-)authored about two dozen of books and many papers well over one million words on international relations and China foreign policies.
楊潔勉
楊潔勉博士曾任上海國際問題研究院院長（2007-2013），上海市人民政府參事（2014-2019），現為該院學術委員會主任。主要社會兼職有：外交部外交政策諮詢委員會委員、國家社科基金評審專家組成員、教育部社科項目評審專家、中華美國學會副會長、上海市國際關係學會會長、上海國際戰略問題研究會會長等；中俄友好和平發展委員會委員、海峽兩岸關係協會理事、中國人民外交學會理事等。曾獲「中共中央和國務院授予的世博先進個人獎」、「國務院特殊津貼」和「上海市傑出專業人士」。發表國際問題專（合）著20餘部和論文百餘萬字，並多次獲得上海社科優秀專著和論文獎。
