Fu Xiangsheng

Fu Xiangsheng -- Vice Chairman, China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation (CPCIF)

Mr. Fu Xiangsheng was born in 1961 in Shouguang, Shandong. He graduated from Department of Chemical Engineering, Shandong Institute of Chemical Technology (today’s Qingdao University of Science and Technology) as a major in Organic Chemical Engineering. As an on-job postgraduate, he holds professional title of Senior Engineer. After graduated from the university, Fu Xiangsheng was assigned to Ministry of Chemical Industry at July 1983. From April 1999, he began to serve as President of Research Institute of Science and Technology (at the level of Bureau-level Director) under Ministry of Chemical Industry. From April 2001, he began to serve as Deputy General Manager of China Haohua Chemical (Group) Co., Ltd., and From April 2004, he began to serve as Deputy Party Secretary and Secretary of the Commission for Discipline Inspection for the CPC China National Chemical Corporation Committee.

Since October 2015, he has been transferred to take another post of Vice Chairman of China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation. He is a technology expert in new materials under National High-tech R&D Program (863 Program) and assessment expert of Recruitment Program for Innovative Talents (Long Term).

傅向升 —— 中國石油和化學工業聯合會副會長

傅向升，1961年生，山東壽光人。畢業於山東化工學院（現青島科技大學）化學工程系有機化工專業；在職研究生學歷，教授級高級工程師。1983年畢業後，分配到化工部工作。1999年4月起，任化工部科技研究總院院長（正局級）。2001年4月起，任中國昊華化工(集團)總公司副總經理；2004年4月起，任中國化工集團公司黨委副書記、紀委書記。2015年10月起調任中國石油和化學工業聯合會副會長。

傅向升還是國家「863」新材料領域技術專家、國家「千人計劃」評審專家。
