Mr. Jiang previously worked as General Manager of China Business and Foreign Trade Corporation, Vice Director of State Bureau of Internal Trade, Chairman of State-owned Large Enterprises Supervision and Administration Commission, Vice Chairman of Ministry of Commerce, Chairman of China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, and Chairman of China Chamber of International Commerce.
姜增伟博士，中国国际经济交流中心副理事长，国务院参事室特约研究员。
曾先后任中国商业对外贸易公司总经理，国家国内贸易局副局长，国有重点大型企业监事会主席，商务部副部长，中国国际贸易促进委员会会长、中国国际商会会长。
