Zhao Changwen -- Director General of the Department of Industrial Economy, the State Council
Dr. ZHAO Changwen currently serves as the Director General of the Department of Industrial Economy, Development Research Center of the State Council. He used to serve in the Enterprises Research Institute of DRC as the Director General and as the Professor and Vice President in Sichuan University since 1995.
He was the Fulbright Scholar in University of Michigan in Ann Arbor (2002-2003), Visiting Scholar in University of Oxford (1999), Chinese University of Hong Kong (2000), University of Cambridge (2011). His research interest covers industrial policy, financial reform, SOEs reform and economic growth.
Dr. Zhao has led the dozens of international cooperation projects and major state research projects. He has published extensively in his academic field of interest as follows: Chinese Economy after WTO Accession ,2006; New Industrial Policy in China,2016; China’s Economic Growth Strategy in the New Normal,2016; The Financial Reform in China: the Way from Extraction to Inclusion,2017.
Dr. Zhao Hold a Doctor Degree in Economics from South-West University of Finance and Economics, Master Degree in Global Public Policy from University of Southern California University, Master Degree in Global Public Policy from Hong Kong University, Master Degree in Economics from South-West University.

趙昌文，經濟學博士。現任國務院發展研究中心產業經濟部部長，研究員，學術委員會委員。曾任國務院發展研究中心企業研究所所長，四川大學黨委常委、副校長。
國務院特殊津貼專家；中組部國家「萬人計劃」哲學社會科學領軍人才；中宣部文化名家暨「四個一批」人才；國家發展改革委「十四五」規劃專家委員會委員；國家製造強國建設戰略諮詢委員會專家；國家哲學社會科學基金項目、自然科學基金評審專家，重大項目首席專家；教育部新世紀優秀人才。北京大學、清華大學、浙江大學兼職教授，四川大學商學院教授，金融學博士生導師。全球能源轉型委員會委員（Energy Transition Commission）；美國密西根大學富布萊特（Fulbright）高級研究學者，英國牛津大學、利物浦大學、香港中文大學高級訪問學者。先後獲得西南財經大學經濟學博士學位，美國南加州大學全球公共政策碩士學位，香港大學公共政策碩士學位，西南大學經濟學碩士學位。
