On Jan 15th, Chinese Vice Premier Liu He and the U.S. president Donald Trump signed in Washington D.C. the so-called "phase one deal" to pause the two-year-long trade war between the two largest economies. The agreetment is officially known as he Economic and Trade Agreement Between the Government of the United States and the Government of the People’s Republic of Chinam and the text has been made available on the USTR website.
