Lyu Jinghua

Lyu Jinghua is a Senior Fellow from the Pangoal Institution. Her research interest covers Sino-U.S. military relations and cyber security. In 2010, she was a visiting scholar in the Institute for Security and Development Policy (ISDP), Sweden. She has published over 10 treatises and translation books such as A Study of U.S. Thought on Cyber Warfare, and over 60 papers and translations.
